Enable this to work with the basic Microsoft office suite. At the moment it won't recover until I've allowed all upgrades and security updates to be installed.

Being forced to install all updates to my Office 2010 will not endear me to this program. It's unusable unless to make sure Office is totally up-to-date

Enable the user to increase the size of the user interface - it's very small and for me with very poor eye sight I can hardly make out anything.

Make it undependable of an installed MS Office. If my disk crashes or gets formatted, I don't even have an office installation anymore.

Include a proper help file. There doesn't appear to be one. Make it interactive

Include links to video tutorials - This would enable nocice users to learn how to ue the program more effectively

Update the interface, it looks scruffy and uninspiring for a $60 program

Also enable the user to create their own skins and share then with other users

Disagree with suggestion to generalize it

This program is clearly focused on one area, MS Office. Since MS office files are very complex there must be specific code to ensure the result is a valid Office file. Spreading out to other file formats is going to open more opportunity for...

Improve the program's scope of features. Include features such as password recovery, file size reduction, etc. It is too limited for an expensive program.

talk of reason - having run the program - it appears the first thing it does is check if your Office is registered

This company was probably hired by (or created by) MS to check on licensing - and THEN it checks for files it can recover - Good way to make sideline money guys - but, until this saves a file-that saves my butt - this isn't worth the high price...

I cannot see how to select a network drive to recover from, nor to direct recovered files to a network drive. This is not very helpful.

Make it portable so if one has more than one computer it can be used on a thumbdrive on all. Also don't make it dependent on MS Office 2010. I have Office 2007 and not sure I want to go to the expense of getting Office 2010 when I am sure they willco

Fix installer: Program doesn't provide option to change installation path. Program was installed to Program Files without my permission. It even didn't ask to confirm installation path.
